We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Note: Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Shipping

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please return the product and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
